whats it take to hold you down even if youre surprised into making a sudden movement with all of your strength? regular rope enough to do it or you need something stronger?

you have a place you prefer? my dominant and i have a playroom in our house but im fine renting a room somewhere in the city that caters to the tools and space we need. anywhere but the crucible.
